Class Description

This class is exactly what it says on the tin.....wake up and get to work with a full body workout. Each class will include a variety of strength and cardio based exercises.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you must cancel through the booking system within the required cancellation window (no less than 24 hours before the class starts). Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or not attending a booked class will result in the loss of that class credit. Refunds will not be provided for missed or late-cancelled classes.
